About the Space:
Casita del Oasis is a private guest room, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful stay close to La Paz’s attractions. Please note, this is not a full apartment — it does not have a kitchen or dining table for meals.

Instead, the space is designed for guests who plan to dine out at La Paz’s fantastic local restaurants and simply want a comfortable, clean place to relax.

The room includes:
• A comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom
• Mini fridge for drinks and snacks
• Coffee maker to start your mornings
• Access to a beautiful shared pool and lush garden area

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet night’s rest after exploring the Malecón, beaches, and everything La Paz has to offer.
House Rules:

1. **No Parties or Events**: Guests are not allowed to host parties or events on the property.

2. **Guest Limit**: Only the registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

3. **Noise Levels**: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

4. **Consequences**: Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

5. **Communication**: If you have any questions about acceptable use of the space, please contact me directly.

6. **Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fee of 5,000 pesos will be charged to anyone who violates this rule.

7. **Checkout Time ** Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property by the designated checkout time. Failure to comply will result in a 1,000-peso fine per hour until the guest leaves

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved dogs, but unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy concerns and past property damage.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must not roam freely on the property — please keep them leashed and take them off-site for bathroom needs.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
