The Space:

Our guests have access to the Roof - top with stunning sunset views of the city. At the top of the building it provides an ideal vantage point to witness panoramic views of La Paz as the sun sets on the horizon.



Stepping up to the roof top, you'll find a spacious, well-designed area dedicated to outdoor cooking and entertaining. The rest area is carefully designed with high quality furniture and ample preparation space. It is equipped with all the necessary tools and utensils to ensure a delicious cooking experience.



The rooftop also has a guest bathroom and we can provide our guests with a cooler for their refreshing drinks.



To be able to use the grill it is necessary to reserve in advance with our staff. The grill uses charcoal and must be purchased by guests.

To enhance your stay, housekeeping service is included upon request, ensuring your living space remains fresh and immaculate during your stay in La Paz.



Housekeeping: for stays of 4 nights or longer, we offer one complimentary light housekeeping service (hotel-style). If you would like to schedule it, please let us know at least one day in advance. Service is available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Additional housekeeping services are available for $25 USD (or $400 MXN) per service.

Getting Around:

Transportation options available in La Paz include private ride services such as Uber and DiDi; however, availability can sometimes be limited, so we recommend using the InDriver app as an alternative.



Taxis and bicycle rentals are also good options for getting around the city.



The building has designated parking spaces for each apartment. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a remote control to open the electric gate, and you may only use the parking space assigned to the unit you rented.



If the gate remote control is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply.



Other Things to Note:

Pineda Suites are located in a central, downtown area just steps from the Malecón. This prime location offers excellent walkability to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Due to the urban setting, guests may occasionally notice typical city activity such as street noise, marina movement, or nearby construction. These conditions are beyond our control and are part of staying in an active city center.

Each unit has a designated parking space, and cleaning service is included to ensure a comfortable stay. This property is ideal for guests who value location, convenience, and an authentic La Paz experience.

Once your booking is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a registration link from our secure guest verification platform, SafeGuest, either by email or message. This quick registration helps us have everything ready for your check-in and ensures a smooth arrival experience. As part of the process, you'll also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or choose the damage protection insurance option. Please rest assured that this is a completely secure process, and any information you provide is used solely for your reservation and registration.
