The Space:

Our guests have access to the Roof - top with stunning sunset views of the city. At the top of the building it provides an ideal vantage point to witness panoramic views of La Paz as the sun sets on the horizon.



Stepping up to the roof top, you'll find a spacious, well-designed area dedicated to outdoor cooking and entertaining. The rest area is carefully designed with high quality furniture and ample preparation space. It is equipped with all the necessary tools and utensils to ensure a delicious cooking experience.



The rooftop also has a guest bathroom and we can provide our guests with a cooler for their refreshing drinks.



To be able to use the grill it is necessary to reserve in advance with our staff. The grill uses charcoal and must be purchased by guests.

The building has designated parking spaces for each apartment. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a remote control to open the electric gate, and you may only use the parking space assigned to the unit you rented.



If the gate remote control is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply.

Pineda Suites are located in a central, downtown area just steps from the Malecón. This prime location offers excellent walkability to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Due to the urban setting, guests may occasionally notice typical city activity such as street noise, marina movement, or nearby construction. These conditions are beyond our control and are part of staying in an active city center.

Each unit has a designated parking space, and daily cleaning service is included to ensure a comfortable stay. This property is ideal for guests who value location, convenience, and an authentic La Paz experience.
