Beautiful provençal Mas with private pool
L'archeraie is located in a region with a rich cultural heritage, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale and the Baronnies Regional Park, in a quiet, leafy setting just 5 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies.
L'archeraie is an old 13th century stone farmhouse that was renovated between 2021 and 2022. An ideal property for one or more families with children or for groups of sports enthusiasts looking for a peaceful break and a chance to discover Provence. The region is full of exceptional tourist sites, the Baronnies regional park is superb in all seasons and there are many cultural and sporting activities nearby (rock climbing and via ferrata at St Julien, Mont Ventoux for cyclists, the wine route and lavender route, water rambles in the Toulourenc gorges...).
Its 1,800 m2 of grounds are occupied by 2 buildings, including a 140 m2 main house with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto two terraces: one to the south with a lounge area overlooking the swimming pool and a magnificent view of the Bluye mountain, the other to the north that can accommodate 12 people outside in the shade for meals and barbecues.
On the same floor as the kitchen is a lounge with a fireplace, a table for 12 people and a bedroom furnished with a 160x200 bed with private shower room and WC.
The upper floor includes a lounge with TV and home cinema area, a roof terrace, a first bedroom furnished with a 160x200 bed with private shower room and WC, and a second family bedroom furnished with a 160x200 bed, 2 90x200 bunk beds with private shower room and WC, and its own entrance.
The south-facing swimming pool (8x4m), heated from mid-April to mid-October, is located at the foot of the main house, between two 40 m2 beaches and next to the 70 m2 annex.
The totally independent annex has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a mezzanine with two 90x200 single beds.
With a petanque court near the north-facing terrace, a games room under the arches with billiards and table football, a garden planted with trees and a swimming pool between the houses, there are plenty of opportunities for entertaining.
Sports enthusiasts will not be left out either, whatever the season, with a range of games available (outdoor table tennis, badminton, board games, etc.) as well as a workshop for cyclists.
You'll have access to all the house's areas and facilities (nothing is shared), as well as to its fully fenced, private grounds. Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made up on arrival.
