Property needs attention

Great location but the property needs attention. Hole in the living room ceiling with water dripping onto the floor. Cooker only works with matches so dangerous to light. No instructions on how to work the oven but inconsequential as you cannot read the symbols on the knobs as they have worn away!! The whole property needs some TLC.
