Located at the end of a dead-end street in a quiet area of La Plaine sur Mer, this tourist accommodation is a single-storey house of 40m² on a closed and secure plot of 200m² that can accommodate up to 3 people.
It consists of a living room entrance with a sofa bed (140) serving; An independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs as well as all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (fridge - freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle). A double bedroom with a bed (160) and a fully renovated bathroom with toilet (10/2023), featuring an Italian shower, a vanity unit, a hairdryer, A washing machine and an iron are also provided for maximum comfort.
Enjoy the south-facing garden and its furniture (table, chairs, parasol and electric barbecue).
You will have a secure parking space on the grounds of the house.
