La Plaine-sur-Mer is a small commune situated in the heart of the coast. A true haven of peace between sea and countryside, it is brimming with significant landscape diversity. La Plaine-sur-Mer is a paradise for rock pool fishing enthusiasts, fans of water sports activities and food lovers who enjoy leisurely relaxation!
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Plaine sur Mer district, this holiday rental is a single-storey house of 40m² on a enclosed and secure plot of 200m² that can accommodate up to 3 people.
It comprises an entrance into a lounge with a sofa bed (140) serving as; An independent kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob as well as all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (refrigerator - freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle). A double bedroom with a bed (160) and a fully renovated bathroom with toilet (10/2023), featuring an Italian shower, a vanity unit, a hairdryer. A washing machine and an iron are also at your disposal for maximum comfort.
Enjoy the south-facing garden and its furniture (table, chairs, parasol and electric barbecue).
You will have a secure parking space on the property grounds.
