This villa, called Le Chalet Marylène, is located on an old hillside, only 700 m on foot from the seaside, in the quiet neighbourhood of La Peignère. It can accommodate 14 adults and 1 child.
This family house consists, on one level, of an independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home (induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Tassimo coffee machines, toaster, kettle, and much more). A dining room, a living room with TV, a laundry room with wine cellar, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities. Two toilets, a shower room and a bedroom (160 bed) complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with double beds (140), one of which has bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds (2 x 90), a bathroom, a washroom and an independent toilet.
Oriented East-West, the house has a closed and secure garden with multiple spaces. For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and some sun loungers are provided.
You will be able to park for free on the hillside, opposite the house.
