We arrived to check in at 3 the staff were nice and we went to our room, dropped our things off, quickly got ready and left to explore the area. When we returned that eve around 8 and started doing things in the rooms we realized how filthy it was. There was left over food trash in drawers, tooth brushes/toiletries. The bathroom floor was sticky. Milk splatters around the fridge? So we packed up and asked for a refund. The front desk refused since we had been checked in for 5 hours. They never offered to clean the room or another room for us to use. Whatever I suppose I understand no refund, we should’ve check upon arrival the condition of the room but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was great. Our room was very clean. The building seemed to be in a state of renovation/repair. Several sections were closed including the game room and adjacent restaurant.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful when we had questions. Its an older hotel butit does have some nice amenities- the hot chocolate and massage chairs we're great. They also had a hot tub indoor outdoor pool and sauna. If you aren't expecting fancy you'll enjoy it. Also in a convenient location.

Dirty,nasty and very noisy. Everytime I moved in bed there was some loud noise. Dark scary hallways. I stayed ab 3 hours then left and paid 4 another room elsewhere.

The first room we were assigned to smelled like smoke and there were no other king size rooms available on the first floor, so we got another king size on the 2nd floor and that one was fine. Breakfast was not very good. The pool seemed nice, but the weather was so nice, we opted to go to Stone Lake Beach instead which was quite nice, fun and less than a mile away. There are nicer places to stay in the area. I don't think this was the worst, but I think I'll try for a better place in the future.

Hot tub was completely drained and out of service. I requested and paid for a late check out but had to go down to the front desk and get a new key card 3x between 9 am and noon. They did not have a breakfast as advertised. The toilet in our room had black lines in it like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Then there were 2 gentlemen (not necessarily homeless) but that were laying in the atrium playing on their phones all night.

Can't believe Expedia has this place on their list. Never had a bad experience with Expedia. But please take this place off your sight and save some else from this nasty place. Stay away even if it's free.

i’ve never been to a hotel that has patio doors leading to the hallway, that is what’s considered a “balcony” the hot tub was closed for “maintenance” we plugged in a charger to the lamp outlet and blew a fuse. pool had a funny smell the vending machines were out of order the ice room was gutted our deadbolt was removed from our room door overall i would never go back, even for a cheap one night stay. extremely weird vibes all the way through. one good thing , the bed was comfy.

Worst stay ever

This facility did not have what it mentioned. When I arrived the clerk quoted me a different price than what I booked for. A difference of $90 more. I showed the clerk my iterniary and he still charged me $5 difference. Also he asked for my credit card first before quote my rate. Everything that was listed as amenities they did not have. There was no Uno restaurant, hot tub not working, pool was too cold. On day 2 of my stay. I was locked out of my room from coming from having breakfast. I asked the clerk why would you do this if I haven't checked out. His reply was this is your check out day. I stated I have until 11am and the time was 8:45am. I will not book again for a business trip. Very unpleasant experience!!!!
