Relaxing

Nice place we have stayed here a few times. Just about everything you need for a short stay, Micro, mini fridge, paper plates, utensils, toaster. Only thing missing is a make-up mirror & full length mirror, Oh! and a ice bucket luckily we had a large zip lock bag to go get ice. The mini fridge does not have a freezer so you have to replenish your ice. The near by ice maker on the property was not working but found another not too far. La Quinta Resort is a magical place. Great Spa too. The unit is a little worn but not bad at all. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom doors were dirty with a build up of people touching them around the door knobs over time. We brought our own Clorox wipes and cleaned them up, the rest of the place seemed clean we will be back. Thank you

Beautiful respite

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious place with all the amenities. And most important, the hosts were compassionate and good humans who started my stay early at a low cost when I needed somewhere to escape the fires in Los Angeles. Thank you for your kindness during a hellish time. I will pay it forward.

La Quinta Golf

The VRBO offered the ability to stay at a great golf resort at a much reduced cost. The accommodations were as described with a few extra amenities not mentioned (toaster, toiletries, paper plates, cups, glasses), in addition to the microwave and mini-fridge. It was all very clean. Communication worked well. I would definitely do it again!

LaQuinta is not what it used to be

Unit is shopworn. Stained carpet ratty drapes toilet seat poorly fitted. Biggest gripe is the resort. Stayed 11 days and pool cleaned last day. Hot tub was gamey greenish. Same towels on chair untouched for entire stay. Legacy Villas are much better though fewer amenities.

located on the property at the la quinta resort is wonderful. Walk to restaurants, beautiful soothing grounds. If you have an electric car difficult to find any working outlet in garages to charge. Our internet didnt work and the hairdryer needs to be replaced/didnt work. Otherwise we love staying anywhere at La Quinta Resort

Loved it!!! Planning on going again next year! Finding where to put the trash was the only issue. There were no dumpsters around and the small orange hotel trash bins were overflowing. Not nice to see at such a beautiful resort!

I stayed here for a conference that was at the Hyatt, which was unfortunately all booked. I was happy to have stayed here because it was much quieter. The space was plenty spacious for just me and I slept very comfortably. It is a bit out of date so it showed some signs of wear and tear (i.e., paint in the bathroom, the french windows didn't close completely and the window lever was broken, shower had no shelving at all for products other than a soap dish, etc). The hair dryer was broken, but after alerting the manager, they promptly brought a brand new one. Luckily it was quiet and empty, so parking was no problem, but the covered spaces are small and the cars that were there took up more than one spot. Overall, I would be likely to stay here again if I'm in the area!

Upon check in the air conditioning was off and it was impossible to turn it on The bedroom closet the only closet available were full of cleaning items, like the vacuum cleaners, mops, etc was taking all the space: additionally; old picture frames; door locks; and other nick necks taking up all the space: Upon calling management; after a while one very rude person showed up: He refused to remove the contents of the closet: he turned the air conditioning on and he left: Shortly we received a phone call from management: a very angry woman informed us we can’t complain and we will not be able to return to any properties on the ground managed by us: Clearly; the management company are cutting costs by not hiring proper maintenance personnel and the moral by they operate is Not customer oriented to say the least:

Always a lovely getaway

My wife and I come to this property at least once a year. We always thoroughly enjoy our stay. We have stayed in different rooms throughout the property, and although this particular stay was not as meticulously cleaned as our previous units, and despite there being a guest in a nearby room which had very loud children and were heavily intoxicated over the weekend, management was quick to respond and helped us navigate the issues. Overall, as always, we will be back.
