Inside, you'll discover a beautifully appointed home featuring two comfortable bedrooms and two designer bathrooms. The heart of the home is the fully equipped modern kitchen where you can prepare memorable meals with high-end appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. The open concept living area invites you to unwind with cable TV and seamless WiFi connectivity throughout.

One of the true highlights of this property is the exclusive access to the Signature's private amenities that only a select number of homes enjoy. Imagine starting your morning with an invigorating workout at the private gym, followed by a refreshing dip in the heated resort-style pool. As evening approaches, gather with friends around the BBQ area or challenge them to a friendly game at the bocce court. For those environmentally conscious travelers, we've installed a convenient 220V electric car charging station for your use.

The clubhouse offers a wonderful opportunity to socialize with other residents while watching the desert sunset paint the sky in brilliant hues. This is desert living at its finest – a perfect balance of privacy and community.

Reservation Requirements
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years
- Maximum of 3 vehicles
- For stays over 27 nights: RentSpree application and additional deposit may be required
- Weekly housekeeping not included (available at additional cost upon request)

Phenomenal stay

This is a great place to stay with a few friends. We went to stagecoach and it was a perfect distance from the venue. It was quite the comfortable stay as well. I will return for sure.
