Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.
For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

The Primary Suite offers a walk-in closet, soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. Two additional bedrooms provide flexibility for family, guests, or office use. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, and two Twin beds that can be combined to form an additional King if preferred.
Outdoors, enjoy a landscaped backyard with a sparkling pool and spa — perfect for relaxing or entertaining — all framed by stunning desert mountain views. A covered patio, spacious lawn, and two bikes available for guest use complete the oasis feel.

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We pay a company to pick up the trash on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Wednesday mornings around 6 am. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
