Great place but could use a few things

Beautiful condo on a PGA course. Most places we have rented have a folder with information about operating appliances, garbage pickup, info about TVs. We had to call to ask although Chris was responsive. I don’t know if this is a new rule but we also had to call the owner every time we had visitors. Usually we have been given the gate code so that we could interact with the gate. We have several friends who live in the area and this process of having to call the owner every time one of them wanted to drop by was inconvenient. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay.

Highly Recommend

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and found the property perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and large TV for sports. Would recommend for any stay at PGA West. 5 Star for sure!

Fourth time trying to submit a review. Always rejected with the words "Your review needs some work." I 'm guessing only positive reviews will be accepted. This is the very first time we've had a bad experience using VRBO. The numbers should speak for them selves. Renter be ware.

Easy comfortable stay

The whole process was smooth from booking, paying, arriving and residing. It was a very spacious house with simple house rules and the owner is very responsive. My only concern to point out is to make sure that the front gate has your reservation correctly. If they don’t you will have issues re-entering the grounds. However, the owner was very quick to respond on resolving this minor hiccup.

Very nice home in great location on golf course with unparalleled view of Santa Rosa mountains. Close to golf, hiking, restaurants and shopping (5-10 mins by car). Stayed here for an extended period. Home was very well equipped with nothing required to stay except groceries. Owner responded to all queries or requests promptly. Highly recommend this property-best we’ve had with Home Away

This is a very nice condo. It is close to the pool and hot tub which we virtually had to ourselves!

The location was perfect for us - close to our family at Rancho Resort. The is a grocery store close as well as downtown La Quinta where there is shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here next time!!

Nice place with all the comforts of home

Condo was beautiful, Backs on to the golf course which made for nice morning views. Everything was clean and all amenities that you would need were there. Good communication with Chris and would definitely stay here again in the future if we ever came back to Palm Springs!

Stayed here for Coachella and could not have a picked a better spot. House was clean, well maintained, close to the polo fields, and stocked with everything we needed (e.g., paper towels, towels, blankets, etc.). Chris was very easy to work with. Would definitely come back next time. Thanks Chris!
