This tranquil 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lock off villa is outfitted with beautiful upgraded flooring throughout. The living room is decorated with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials and small appliances needed for an extended vacation. The large private patio overlooks the beautiful community grounds. The bedroom has a king bed with a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!



There is an electric BBQ on the patio for guests to utilize as well as 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area.

La Quinta

The property was in a great location. Nestled in the Mountains, and the fountain off the back deck was nice. Easy access to the pools. The only thing I would say that was a little hard was the bedroom was very small, which didn’t allow for a table/nightstand on each side of the bed. Same with the bathroom, it was very small with little counter space. With the size of the bedroom there was not much space to store our luggage, which I ended up putting in the hallway. Otherwise, it was decorated nicely, clean, and it served our purpose.
