The Space:
Welcome to our lavish and refined Spa Villa, accentuating California's charm with its projected sophisticated aesthetic and deluxe features. As you enter the villa, the main living space welcomes you with an exquisite meld of comfort and elegance. The living area features a plush queen sleeper sofa in front of a smart, wall-mounted TV—perfectly situated for cozy movie nights around the warm gas fireplace. Adjacent is the full kitchen, fitted with every major appliance along with an abundance of cookware and dinnerware for effortless meal preparation. Overlooking the kitchen is a dining space for four, making gatherings for meals or game nights a sheer pleasure. The room leads out onto a private balcony offering picturesque mountain views and outdoor seating which includes a dining table and lounging chairs - an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The villa's spacious bedroom boasts a king bed, another smart TV, and a sizable closet. An ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet ensures a tranquil start to your morning or a calm end to your day. Just off the living room is a second full bathroom adding usefulness for larger parties of 3-4. Additionally, the villa is close to covered parking space and a dedicated laundry closet below.

Guest Access:
Your stay includes a convenient contactless check-in and check-out process. As part of La Quinta Resort, our Spa Villa offers security within the community. While no assigned parking is available, guests can utilize the covered spaces directly beneath the unit or the free street parking. You will also have access to all the surrounding Spa Villa pools and hot tubs, but please note that access to the hotel services as well as its pools and fitness/tennis center are not included.

The Neighborhood:
The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned condos surrounding Spa La Quinta at the back of the resort property. Guests staying in the Spa Villas enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the Spa Villa units are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area of La Quinta Resort. The lobby area includes multiple dining options including Twenty-Six, Adobe Grill and Morgan's Steakhouse. A variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's American Express event is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area
