This Encanto 2 floor plan includes a detached Casita (2 bedrooms in main home plus 2 in Casita) and a beautiful main house with high ceilings. Enter this exceptional property through a slate tiled front patio with fountain to a custom front door. You enter the open concept floorplan home to a large living room. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a large island with barstools plus separate dining area. The family room has a large fireplace across from floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool area. The primary bedroom looks out onto the pool area and has a large walk-in closet and a stunning bathroom with glassed in shower and separate spa tub. There is also one extra bedroom with flat screen television in the main house. There are two bedrooms in the detached casita. Outdoor living area boasts a lovely salt water, pebble-tech pool/spa with water feature, built-in BBQ and plenty of seating.
