The villa features 5 well-distributed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay for every guest. You will find rooms equipped with Queen beds or single beds, creating flexible and comfortable spaces for both families and groups. In addition, the property offers 3 full bathrooms, complete with towels and essential toiletries, providing convenience and practicality throughout your stay.



Inside, every area of the villa has been designed for both relaxation and shared moments. The living room is a bright and cozy space, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or by the pool, watching TV, enjoying a conversation, or simply taking in the garden views. Check-in: Check-in time is between 18:00 and 21:00. If you arrive after 21:00, a supplement of 100€ will be charged, to be paid in cash at the time of key handover. Please let us know in advance!



Check-out: Check-out is until 11:00.



Parking: Free parking is available on the premises, including a garage for secure parking.



Keys: In case of lost or forgotten keys, the opening/replacement service has a cost of 100€, to be paid in cash.



House rules: Smoking is not allowed inside and unfortunately we do not allow pets, thank you for your understanding!
