Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends, the house accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area. A large private garden with a covered outdoor dining area ensures comfort and privacy.



Guests have direct access to a 2.5-hectare private lake, featuring a sandy beach and a small island. Enjoy the boats provided: rowboat, two-person canoe, kayak, and pedal boat. Fishing enthusiasts will find two other quiet forest lakes stocked with carp, perch, roach, and tench. Explore over 100 hectares of private forests and pastures along maintained hiking and cycling trails.



Nearby activities include canoeing on the Dronne, forest walks, gourmet markets in Ribérac, Saint-Aulaye, and La Roche-Chalais, and historical visits to castles and bastide towns like Aubeterre-sur-Dronne and Saint-Émilion (40 minutes). Swim at the Saint-Aulaye leisure lake or try tree climbing, horse riding, and golf in the area.



The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, Rayburn stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender), dining area, fireplace, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a washing machine is available. A baby cot and high chair are at your disposal. There is also a barbecue, outdoor dining space, free on-site parking, a private fenced garden, and a separate entrance.



Guests are responsible for cleaning. Please leave the property tidy on departure.
