Très beau séjour

Proche de tout, plage, promenade, commerce (superette les voileux, un peu plus cher mais c'est tout près), restaurants, boulangerie (un pain divin), bus de ville, bus de mer, vélos en location, belle promenade jusqu'au vieux port. appartement sympa et super bien exposé avec vue sur la mer. Un seul petit bémol, la propreté de la terrasse mais cela devrait s'améliorer si le propriétaire me lit. Bref très bon séjour, nous y retournerons...

Une jolie bouffée d'air iodé Atlantique

Finir l'année 2024 et démarrer 2025 face à l'Océan étaient pour nous une évidence et nous n'avons pas été déçus.L'appartement est joliment situé et tout croquignolet. Bien situé mais sale, dommage.

Le logement est très bien situé, parfait pour aller à la plage mais également très facile d'aller à pied jusqu'au centre de la Rochelle. Néanmoins, très déçus sur la propreté du logement ( la robinetterie salle de bain, cuisine sale, taches sur le tapis du salon, forte odeur à notre arrivée), la cuisine est vétuste mais le propriétaire nous a dit qu'elle devait être changée dans sa totalité.

Kann man als Paar nur empfehlen

Wir waren für 6 Tage in La Rochelle. Die läge der Wohnung war sehr zentral und alles per Bus oder Bootstaxi super zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Lage und Umgebung super. Den Strand vor der Tür. Die Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. In der Küche fehlt aber ein Tiefkühlfach und die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien war etwas dürftig. TV war eine Katastrophe.

Appartement agréable, la vue est magnifique comme sur les photos, appartement moderne et soigné. La chambre est un coin nuit . Si vous le louer en Août , le soir peut être bruyant du aux personnes qui se trouvent sur la plage music.... immeuble pas très bien isolé. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Pour une semaine c'est plutôt bien situé et a 1 minutes de la plage, a 30 minutes à pied du centre de la Rochelle, taxi boat en 5 minutes et 15 minutes de traverser le mieux est de louer des vélos yelo.

Magnifique séjour

C’est la seconde année que nous réservons cette location. L’appartement est joliment décoré et très confortable. La vue est superbe et la plage et les commerces essentiels à deux pas. Vous rejoignez le centre de La Rochelle par le bateau bus à 150 m ou par la ligne de bus numéro 4 à 50m . Pas besoin de prendre la voiture durant le séjour.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à La Rochelle dans cet appartement, tout proche de la plage des Minimes dont nous avons bien profité. A proximité du sentier côtier, nous avons fait de belles balades.

Parfait !

Cet appartement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement et d’une suberbe vue sur la mer. Le bus de la mer (3 minutes de l’appartement) et la ligne 4 du bus de la ville (2 minutes) nous déposent au centre- ville de La Rochelle en un temps record; nous permettant de ne pas prendre la voiture. La plage, juste en face et les commerces à proximité nous ont rendu le séjour bien agréable . Ajoutez à cela, l’appartement confortable et joliment décoré ,et vous avez tous les ingrédients pour réussir vos vacances.

Bruit des vagues

Calme et vue mer très appréciables, bonne literie un peu "étroite et courte" pour les grands et le réfrigérateur manque d'un petit compartiment "freezer". Sinon c'était parfait : appartement bien agencé, confortable et bien situé pour rejoindre le vieux port et centre ville en bus et bus de mer. Très contents nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
