Completely renovated, in a functional and family style, we offer you our apartment, facing south and equidistant from the Old Port of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge.
The 74 m² apartment has:
2 independent bedrooms with storage cupboards: one with a large double bed and one with 2 twin beds a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle) a living room of approximately 30 m², pleasant and bright with balcony a bathroom equipped with a modern shower from a separate toilet a flat-screen TV and free Internet connection (Fiber WIFI) for your moments of relaxation electric roller shutters on all windows Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people (package of €29)
Travel cot on request (supplement of €10)
