Il est au deuxième étage et se compose d'une kitchenette équipée, d'un séjour avec deux lits simples (neufs de 2024), une salle d'eau et un WC. Une place de stationnement privé à disposition en ville à 5 min à pied de l'appartement en sous sol.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche des halles du marché, vieux port, au cœur du centre ville, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, très rare, vous aurez l'accès à une place de parking privée en sous sol place Cacaud. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
