Welcome to La Rochelle!

We propose you our pretty studio of 21 m2, in the immediate vicinity of the town center and the attractions, ideal for a moment of relaxation in the great air.

Renovated in May, the studio is fully equipped, comfortable and bright.

It is located in the friendly neighborhood of the Media Library which has many shops.
The residence is recent and secure with digital lock and you will have a free parking next door.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor.

Housing includes:
-A large living room with a kitchenette / dining table and a sitting area (new sofa bed - Bultex mattress) - TV.
- Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge and all cooking utensils.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Entrance hall with a large closet.
We supply bed sheets and tea towels. Except on request, we do not provide bath towels.

We will welcome you on your arrival and provide you with all the good addresses and useful information so that your stay in La Rochelle is excellent.
