In the residential area of Fétilly, discover this freshly renovated 65 m² house, just 10 minutes from the train station and market, and 15 minutes from the Old Port. Enjoy a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, etc.), and a peaceful courtyard-garden-terrace.



The house has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC. The living room has a double sofa bed, a large-screen connected TV, and fiber wifi. Ideally located with bus stops nearby, the house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay.



We offer a station-airport transfer service at an additional cost. Please note that parking is scarce in the neighborhood, but free parking is available on the street or nearby.



In winter, a charge is made for electricity consumption according to the kWh used. A deposit check is required on arrival. Housework is optional: you can do it yourself or use our services at the end of your stay, at an extra charge. Towels are also available on request.

Belle maison mais propreté douteuse

La maison a effectivement été rénovée, mais il y a sans doute 5 ou 6 ans étant donné l’usure de la terrasse et des plinthes de la salle de bains. L’habitation se situe dans un quartier très calme et proche du centre ville. La maison est bien agencée. Les draps sont fournis. Dommage pour la cuisine sale; la vaisselle et l’éponge étaient particulièrement crasseuses. Pas de savon, ni de torchon propres, souvent fournis dans les locations. A ce prix, on aurait pu s’attendre à un ménage convenable; quel dommage.
