The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an ultra-secure residence, is a 10-minute walk from La Rochelle Station, on a quiet and low-traffic street. Once arrived, you can do everything on foot (market, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, seaside walks, museums, theaters, cinemas, etc.)



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms overlooking the lake. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm) with its bathroom, a double-sink washbasin, and a washing machine. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a single bed (90x190 cm) on top and a double bed (140x190 cm) on the bottom. The second bathroom with a shower and separate toilets are located in the hallway facing this 2nd bedroom.



The open kitchen overlooking the living room (with TV, WIFI and lake view balcony) is fully equipped:
