- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction plates);
- a living area with a 140x190 convertible sofa;
- a veranda with dining table and chairs;
- a large terrace of about 23 m2 with a nice view.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
These equipment will be at your disposal: Television, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
Note that there is no Wifi in the accommodation. If you need, we have the possibility to provide you with a cot.
There is also the possibility to park bikes in a secure garage, accessible with a key.
You will stay close to the Plage des Minimes in La Rochelle.
Local shops are located just in front of the apartment (restaurant, bar, supermarket), as well as free parking. A bakery is accessible within walking distance, very close to the beach.
The city center of La Rochelle is about 30 minutes walk along the port (several restaurants on the way). Buses are also available nearby, as well as a sea bus to easily reach the heart of the city.
Every Monday morning, there is the market on the parking lot in front of the apartment (attention, at the parking lot, you have to think about moving the car).
