Overall a lovely week

The property is nice and the area is quiet and close to the beach and town making everything accessible by foot. Great for a walking holiday. Only issues we had were that the fridge in the front room where bed 2 is, was very loud meaning we couldnt use that as a bedroom. The sleigh bed was not comfy enough for my daughter. However the main bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The owner didnt respond about the fridge until day 4 and by this time we had fixed it ourselves by moving the fridge. I also had to fix the sink plug and the shower dial but overall we enjoyed our holiday.

Bon emplacement

Appartement trÚs bien situé pas besoin de la voiture. (Ne pas oublier de payer le parking tout les 4h). CÎté chambre trÚs calme petit problÚme manque de double rideaux il fait jour à 6h30.

Appartement soignĂ© et douillet. ApprĂ©ciable avec une localisation parfaite pour profiter de La Rochelle. Seul bĂ©mol l humiditĂ©. Logique vu le bord de mer mais un peu gĂȘnant en cas de mĂ©tĂ©o ne permettant pas l ouverture des FenĂȘtres.

Das Apartment liegt im zweiten Stock. Es fĂŒhrt nur eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe hoch (schlecht mit Reisekoffern). Toilette ist ein Einzelraum ohne Waschbecken. In der Toilette nur eine GlĂŒhbirne, der Lampenschirm fehlt. RaumtĂŒren, SchranktĂŒren sehr alt. KĂŒchenarbeitsplatte und Fußboden in dem Bereich klebt.In diesem Bereich der Stadt nur ParkplĂ€tze mit sehr hohen GebĂŒhren.

Bien mais grande peur panique

TrÚs pour le lieu par rapport à la ville en raison de la proximité sans les nuisances sonores de la boite de nuit en plein air et les terrasses. MAIS samedi soir quand nous avons voulu rentrer dans l'immeuble, la porte d'entrée était verrouillée et la clef ne fonctionnait pas. Pas d'interphone pour contacter un habitant, pas de contact en dehors des heures d'ouverture de l'agence. NOUS AVONS FAILLI RESTER A LA RUE SANS CLEF DE VOITURE ET SANS NOS AFFAIRES. Heureusement un locataire nous a entendu taper sur la porte et nous à ouvert. Quelle aurait été la situation s'il était sorti? Nous avons eu trÚs peur que notre séjour soit gùché. Je ne comprends pas qu'il n'y ai pas de numéro d'interlocuteur, que la clef n'ai pas été essayée et surtout qu'il n'y ait pas de double en cas de non fonctionnement d'une clef sachant que celle du locataire fonctionnait.

Vacances idéales a La Rochelle

Bel appartement rénové et bien agencé. Tres propre. Idéalement situé pres du port et du centre ville. dans une rue tres calme. Pas de stationnement gratuit hormis le dimanche hélas.

Bonjour Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Point de vigilance cependant concernant les clés. Seulement un jeu de clé délivré : comme nous étions plusieurs cela complique particuliÚrement l'organisation des sorties et entrées de chacun. Cordialement

Un espace de tranquillité familiale

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cet appartement et nous nous y sommes sentis au calme. Mon petit de deux ans qui n'avait jamais voyagé s'est trÚs bien adapté. Nous avons apprécié les jouets et jeux mis à disposition. Nous avons aussi aimé la proximité avec le port et l'ambiance du quartier.

Schöne apparemment, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr Zentral und schön. Man war schnell im Zentrum und am Hafen von La Rochelle. Ich wĂŒrde diese Ferienwohnung erneut mieten.
