We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house itself is gorgeous - newly renovated, spotless, and very comfortable for our family. We traveled with two small children and were able to rent a crib, high chair, and baby gate, which made everything much easier for us.What really made the stay exceptional was the service. From the moment we arrived, Jeanette was incredibly attentive and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for us throughout the trip. After we left, she even helped locate and ship back a pair of eyeglasses that had been left behind, which was incredibly kind and above and beyond.Carlos, the site manager, was also fantastic. We had two small issues during our stay and he responded immediately and had everything resolved within a few hours.Martha, who took care of the house and cooking, was wonderful. She kept the villa immaculate and prepared whatever meals we requested. It made the stay feel relaxing and effortless.The location was also great. We drove a few minutes to Casa de Campo’s Minitas Beach Club and Casa de Campo Resort area for the pool and beach, and we visited the marina several times for restaurants and exploring. Everything was very close and easy to get to.Overall, the combination of a beautiful home and truly exceptional service made this a fantastic stay for our family. Highly recommend!
