The staffs are very professional friendly, courteous, the manager/owner is outstanding, they make you feel like home, the breakfast is unique the way they serve it, this place is excellent, the only thing we disliked, we didn’t have tv signals and the Wi-Fi was not working, but nothing to do with the property, maybe the system crashed, we definitely coming back to this unique hotel

Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff is gracious and very competent. The breakfast is delicious made fresh for each individual, not a buffet. The facility is beautifully decorated and maintained. The pool is nice. There is a mini market on the corner. No restaurants nearby.

The LaCasona was clean and the staff friendly. The onsite restaurant took a very long time (over 1 hour) to get a hamburger, which was over priced and minimally good. There were only 6 people who ordered in the entire restaurant at that time. The staff had a minimal understanding of English so it was hard to communicate. Spanish is the spoken language. The bed was very hard.

Unfortunately we were there as the same time as two large groups who were very loud and we came down for breakfast twice with nowhere to sit. Had I looked more closely at the photos, I may have realized the basic double room had NO bathroom door, the toilet was almost directly in front of the bed and the sink was tiny. There were no night tables or chairs, nothing to put your suitcases on other than the floor. This was ok for one night before the cruise the next day. It is too far to walk to dine or see anything of significant.

Este foi o pior hotel que me hospedei Não recomendo a ninguem Reservei 2 apartamentos um duplo outro triplo. Cheguei no hotel 21:00 hs cansada de um voo de 24 hs e o quarto que reservei triplo não havia disponibilidade. O chuveiro não saia agua suficiente para tomar banho. As lampadas do banheiro estavam queimadas . O café da manhã foi péssimo. Esperei 20 min para tomar café porque era bem precário o atendimento. Não tem funcionario sufiente para preparar o cafe da manhã. Nunca mais me hospedarei neste hotel .

Necesito que me reintegren lo pagado por la reserva del 25 de febrero, ya que yo había advertido que llegaba después de media noche y ellos aceptaron y resulta que nos dejaron en la calle a la 1 de la madrugada y no nos abrieron , teniendo que echar mano de un hotel de la zona, el Hilton inn, carisimo, pero fue el único recurso que conseguimos, despues de deambular 1 hora por toda La Romana, porque no queríamos dormir en la calle, llenos de maletas pues nos preparamos para un crucero.Cuentenme como cancelo la reserva hecha para ese mismo hotel para el 11 de marzo. Espero me colaboren con todo esto.
