Guest Access:
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire villa and all its areas, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and indoor and outdoor terraces.
Your stay includes full-time staff service (one butler, one cook, one housekeeper, and two cleaning staff members) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Should you require additional service hours, the rate can be negotiated directly with the staff. For your peace of mind, all our employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and we strictly follow enhanced cleaning protocols.

Mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fees:
All guests renting private villas must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival and pay a daily resort fee. This fee grants full access to the resort’s facilities and services.
Fees per person, per day:
• Adults (ages 12 and over): USD $30
• Children (ages 4–12): USD $15
• Children (under 4 years): Free
Booker must be over 26 years old to consider valid the reservation.
Interaction with Guests:
Although we will not be physically present, your stay will be fully attended by our full-time staff, including a butler and a cook, to ensure your comfort.
Additionally, once your reservation is confirmed, our concierge will be available to assist you with planning every detail of your trip, from transportation arrangements to excursions and restaurant reservations.
