Contemporary villa of 180 m2 on the Côte d'Azur in a quiet and natural environment while being close to the main tourist attractions: beaches of Cannes (4 km), village of Mougins (7 km), village of Valbonne 15 min, Nice at 30 min.

Housing :
On the ground floor, after a large entrance hall with guest toilet, large living room very nice open on the garden and pool. This space is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven) and a living room opening onto the terrace.
A laundry area is available with washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.
Upstairs, a suite with shower room, 2 bedrooms with terrace and open views of the garden and pool, 1 bedroom facing north, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

We put at your disposal all the necessary so that you pass the best possible stay: machine Nespresso, access Internet fiber + WIFI, TV flat screen, rooms air-conditioned, linen of bed and bed.
