Nice, clean, very good AC. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre with my wife and kids, 5 and 8. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and close to the city centre, the harbour and the local market. It’s definitely an option to stay when we come back without children to hike Cinque Terre, but we’ll do that off season with less tourists.

Very clean and comfortable. Communication via WhatsApp was quick, self check-in & check out was easy. Building is secure and in a good location near the marina and driving distance to all the sites. I was concerned after reading bad reviews online but we had no issues at all in the honeymoon suite and loved our stay.

Beautiful location, great restaurants close to apartment. Very clean and close to the waterfront park. We truly enjoyed our time here. Bonus, the safe was stuck with our passports and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to rescue us. Best communication and went above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

Central place in La Spezia with good walking distance to restaurants and train station (about 15 min walking). About 15 min away from good parking spaces in a parking garage (15 euro per day). Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep

Great apartment - independent stay

Loved the apartment, modern, nice design and super clean, fancy toiletries. Good location near the harbour, although good to note for a short stay is far end of town from station. Self check in was easy, good instructions and host was responsive to any queries. Not sure where the main building where any facilites is though, could not find any details about this (although we dis not need anyway).
