Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This place cancelled our reservation for 9/13/23 to 9/15/23. I was unaware of the cancellation. We even paid for the reservation with Expedia. We took 4-hours train ride from Roma Termini on 9/13/23 and then took a taxi walk and down to the dirty street alley and was refused entry by owner Elena? She said our reservation was cancelled and room 1 was already rented to other clients. I want the owner or Expedia to reimburse me for the train fare of $293.17 and taxi fare $21.30 equivalent of 20 euro for total sum of $314.47 for inconvenience and frustration and ruin our trip to Cinque Terre.
