Nice place, but needs improvement!!

We were in La Spezia for two nights of our two week trip. This was the only stay I made booking through VRBO. When I booked the site kept crashing and it messed up the amount of people for my stay, I only noticed this the day before I checked in. I immediately contacted the contact that Vrbo had given me and made them aware of this. Unfortunately, when we got to the house, there were not towels or sheets for the floor people that were staying there. The property manager said she would bring sheets and towels, which she never did. There was also 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish towels. Also, I requested the check in information the day before check-in and I have repeatedly contacted the property manager, and I only received the check in information two hours before check-in. That made me a bit nervous but at the end it was very it was a very simple process. The air-conditioning worked great and that apartment was very clean.
