The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, and refrigerator. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre, reachable by train in a few minutes. La Spezia Central Station is just 400 meters away, and nearby you will find many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
Upon request, you will have the opportunity to rent a boat for private excursions in the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre, a unique experience to discover the beauty of the Ligurian coast from a privileged perspective.
