Cute house

The house was very cute and clearly recently renovated in a nice location. It was nice to have access to bikes and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host was responsive on whatsapp and brought over a wifi hotspot when the internet in the town went down. This place is not for more than 2 people unless someone wants to sleep on the couch (more like a bed) or in the attic with a very slanted roof (you cannot stand up and it is really cold up there). Additionally, the house has a nice wood stove but the heat does not reach the bedroom which made sleeping very cold (we were there at the end of Nov). Lastly, there was a hot tub advertised but the host never explained how to use it. He just told us it takes a long time to heat up in cold weather and that he would come over to show us how to use it but then he never came over. Overall for the price and location it was good.

Maison toute mignonne et confortable

Une ancienne maison d ostreiculteur rénovée avec goût toute mignonne et confortable. La piscine à l eau de mer et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus et la terrasse très agréable. Quartier calme et à deux pas à pied des cabanes d ostréiculteurs de la Teste. Et proche de toute destination du bassin. Contact très facile et accueil très sympathique avec Julien le proprietaire. Merci pour tout. On reviendra en basse saison pour mieux profiter des belles plages.

Typique du bassin

Très joli gite. Très bien équipé, et agencé avec goût. Bien placé au milieu des marais salants et du port ostréicole. Une plage à proximité (baignade uniquement à marais haute) et Arcachon à 10 min en vélo. La piscine se rempli à l'eau de mer (pas utilisable lorsque nous y étions car les vannes étaient fermées).
