Surrounded by a very pleasant, fully fenced garden with an electric gate and parking space, it features a 6x4 m heated, chlorine-treated swimming pool, with a depth of 1.10 m to 1.60 m, and a covered pool cover. Bluetooth speaker. Dining area and lounge area, sofa, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and fireplace insert for chilly evenings (firewood can be found at the local store 300m away). A hallway with a large closet leads to a first bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, overlooking the pool. A second bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, overlooking the garden. A third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and garden view. Separate toilet. Spacious and very pleasant shower room with a duo shower for two people, double sink vanity. From the bathroom, you access a separate bedroom with a bay window overlooking the pool (one 160x200cm bed). A shower room with a vanity and toilet is included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Two air conditioning points, one in the hallway leading to the bedrooms and one in the living room. Sheets and towels are optional extras, as is end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating
