Picturesque house in the basin style sailor's house with its wooded living room its high ceilings and its wooden cabin serving as an outbuilding overlooking a small garden with palm and banana trees nestled in the center of La Teste in a wooded garden giving great privacy for a intimate and peaceful holiday stay 100 m from the station and the Port a lot of charm for this house that smells of the basin
Typical house in the basin restored in 2021 with three bedrooms, living room, fireplace, TV lounge, dining room, shower with washbasin, separate WC with washbasin, fitted kitchen LL, LV, fridge, freezer. Possibility to park several cars on the ground, outdoor garden with two terraces for dining,
On request, bicycles are made available to holidaymakers free of charge
The house is air-conditioned in the summer, gas heating in the winter and a wood-burning fireplace.
The rate is flexible with a base rate for occupancy by four people occupying two bedrooms, i.e. 500 euros per week (excluding high season July August). Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Outside the high season, when the third bedroom is occupied, a supplement of 100 euros will be applied, per additional person and per week
