A perfect birthday celebration

A spacious property for all the family with lots of outdoor eating space. The heated swimming pool was a hit with all the family. It was unseasonably warm so we could have done with some fans or air conditioning downstairs. The heat unfortunately meant many of our party suffered from mosquito bites. Didier was a great help and always available to provide support

Fantastic villa, ideal location

Had a great time at the villa in Pyla-sur-mer, 10 family members in total including grandparents and grandchildren, all had the most enjoyable time. Plenty of room for all, and everything we required readily provided. The pool is great, with a lovely view over treetops to the horizon on the Atlantic. There's a scattering of restaurants nearby and a small supermarket is 5 minute walk (larger supermarkets a 10min drive), as is the closest access to the beach, the wonder of the nearby Dune de Pilat a 5min drive (or 10min bike ride - made easier via the use of the 2 e-bikes provided). A day trip to Lac de Sanguinet is only 15miles or so away and provided another highlight of our stay. Recommend for families or groups of people.

La villa Océane est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances au calme et en toute sérénité.La maison et l'environnement correspondent en tous points à la description faite dans l'annonce.Ce qui est remarquable, c'est l'accueil et la qualité de la prestation - aussi bien de la propriétaire (Dominique) que du factotum (Didier) - et leur réactivité en cas de demande ou de problèmes (rétablissement de l'électricité et réaménagement du jardin suite à une tempête).Nous reviendrons très volontiers.Un grand merci.

Très belle maison avec de très bonnes prestations et d'une propreté irréprochable. Idéalement située, à proximité d'Arcachon, de la dune du Pilat, de l'etang de Cazaux et d'un front de mer superbe. La propriétaire est sympathique très disponible et Didier l'intendant et quant à lui aussi disponible et sympathique Nous avons passé 1 excellent séjour dommage que le temps n'était pas top. Très belles prestations, une superbe maison dans un environnement calme très apprécié à proximité de la plage. Maison tout équipée avec un plus: frigo américain. La dépendance avec la table de Ping pong A l’extérieur et le terrain de pétanque c’est parfait.

Très belle maison

Belle maison familiale idéale pour les huit personnes que nous étions, avec toutes les commodités et idéalement placée par rapport à la plage (5 minutes à pied !!). Deux terrasses extérieures pour les déjeuners et dîners. Piscine à bonne température sans excès. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée grâce à Didier. Merci à Dominique Chabanes la propriétaire pour ses petits messages à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Ne pas hésiter pour louer cette maison.

Maison de famille au top !

Tout d'abord les échanges avec Madame Chabanne ont été très agréables. La maison est superbe, très bien placée, très bien aménagée et équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur pour un séjour au top ! La maison est très propre et les extérieurs très bien entretenus. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nos aventures nous mènent à Arcachon ! Merci beaucoup d'avoir en plus fait venir les premiers soleils de l'année pour un séjour inoubliable sur le bassin :-)
