The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the surrounding peace and quiet. We do not allow festive gatherings.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or to open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
