Small garden in common landscaped and very ornate. View on the Lake, the village and the mountains. Superb village house located 21km from Chambéry. Charming typical village with its pleasant little natural and preserved lake in a green setting, in the heart of the Bauges Regional Park. Alpine and cross-country skiing Les Aillons 21km, Margériaz 27km. 26km away, La Féclaz located on the renowned Nordic plateau of Savoie Grand Revard (150km of cross-country trails). Swimming in the lake at Challes les Eaux or, 30km away, Lac du Bourget with many water activities. Privileged location to enjoy a so-called "soft" mountain, of medium altitude and to visit the region, Annecy, Aix les Bains, Chambéry and Albertville with the medieval city of Conflans, cities "of Art and History". Possibility to rent the 2 cottages for a total capacity of 10 people. Ideal destination between lake and mountain!
