Absolutely brilliant property and fabulous host

We have just left our first stay here and would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. The house is beautiful and spacious - a great area for socialising and spending time with each other but with plenty of space when needed. The pool and gardens are beautiful and spacious, the added bonus of the outdoor games were great! There were lots of toys and games for our children (3-7years) which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. There were lots of items we didn't need but helpful to young families (potties, travel cot etc). Our daughter was unwell with ear infection (unrelated to holiday) and host Sophie was very quick and helpful in her advice, which meant we got it sorted quickly and she was on the mend and able to enjoy the rest of her holiday. The area is quiet but there is lots to do not far - we visited some beautiful castles and Chinon is lovely. If we were to stay again we may do a boat hire/ trip or visit a local amusement park (lots of leaflets in Chinon tourist information). This house would suit everyone - classy and beautiful, and also full of fun and has everything you need - and more! Thank you Sophie - we hope to come back one day!
