Stay in this charming little house, perfect for two people, and come and discover La Tranche-sur-Mer. You will be seduced by its comfort and its pleasant little garden, with a terrace fitted out to fully enjoy your meals outdoors, thanks to an electric plancha, ideal for treating yourself all summer long!
Located just 750 metres from the beach, you can easily cool off by the sea or treat yourself to beautiful walks with your feet in the sand.
Upon your arrival in this studio, you will find the living area with a sofa and a television. Just next to it, a table for your meals with an open kitchen right behind. It is equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee machine. A washing machine is also located in this space. You will also have access to a bathroom fitted with a hairdryer. For the bedroom area, you will find a mezzanine with a double bed (140/190).
To park, a private parking space is available in front of the house.
