Location: Old single-story house (1975) on an enclosed plot (250 m²) with a garden, 220 m from access to the Central Beach, next to the "Pavillon de l'Aunis", 100 m from the shops on Avenue de la Plage and approximately 300 m from the shops in the town center.
Layout: 1 living room with a lounge area: 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, 1 flat-screen TV (small format) and 1 fireplace (decorative only); and a living room opening onto the terrace and garden, at the front of the house (street side) - 1 small kitchen (7 m²): 1 gas stove (4 burners) with oven, 1 microwave, 1 mini-oven, 1 refrigerator with small freezer and 1 dishwasher - 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds. (80) and the other with a double bed (140) - 1 bathroom (sink, shower stall, and storage unit) - 1 separate toilet - in the hallway, a wall-mounted cupboard with washing machine.
Decorative details: rustic interior.
Exterior: enclosed garden, terrace (concrete) with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on site.
End-of-stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
OPTION: End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided. One pet allowed: €25.
Electricity consumption is additional in the low season (from January 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to December 31).

Situation: old house (1975) on one level, on enclosed grounds (250 m²) with garden (lawn), 220 m from access to the Central beach, next to the "Pavillon de l'Aunis", 100 m from the shops of the avenue de la plage and about 300 m from the shops downtown.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Maison agréable même si le petit jardin manquait un peu d'entretien ;) De l'espace dans la maison, des bons équipements (sauf l'aspirateur qu'il faudrait changer), et la déco un peu vieillotte ne m'a pas gêné Et surtout un super emplacement à 50 m de la plage !
