LA TRANCHE SUR MER, Le Phare, holiday home with a pleasant garden under the pine trees, close to the beach. Enclosed garden with parking space. A main room with kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a single bed (130cm, ceiling height less than 1.80m), and a bedroom with three single beds (0.80m, the access door is 0.50m high).

Amenities: 3 gas burners + 1 electric burner, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, television, sofa, and washing machine.

Location: approximately 700m from the beach, 3km from the town center with its shops and market, and 4km from the shopping center.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation for €70. Bed linen and towels are not provided; they are available for a fee upon reservation. Please bring proof of liability insurance with a holiday clause. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
