Not a good experience. Lots of attitude at the front desk. Asked to use a seperate card to pay - this I was told was ok. But when I went to pay was told it was already taken from wrong account. No resolution available. Front desk changed when they realized I booked with hotels.com/expedia. Also I asked for another pillow - it never areived

Our view from our window was straight onto the balcony of another room. People were on their balcony and looked straight into our window ( we didn't have a balcony). There was supposed to be tea/coffee facilities but we were there 2 nights and nothing was replaced for the second night. The paper cups we're taken so we had to ask for more cups. We also asked for more water for our kettle (advertised as complimentary) but were charged for it on our bill. The lady said we had a larger bottle so we had to pay for it. We weren't told that when we asked for the water! We didn't use one of the hand towels, but it was taken the next morning! The used towels weren't replaced so I don't know why the unused towel was taken away.

Un excellent accueil, tout le monde as été très aimable et disponible. La chambre est spacieuse et j'ai apprécié les toilettes séparé de la salle de bain. j'y ai passé une nuit et le lendemain j'ai pu profiter du parking privé, de la piscine et spa toute la journée.

Pour 88€ la nuit avoir des rideaux de douche sale en bas c'est pas terrible, et l'insonorisation et inexistante au point d'entendre le voisin de chambre chanter sous la douche ou ronfler toute la nuit. Devoir brancher la télé en montant sur une chaise c'est pas terrible non plus. Sinon l'accueil, le service en chambre et le personnel au top.
