Disappointed and basic.
Very basic accommodation and not worth the cost. Some areas were not clean and beds uncomfortable. Crockery and utensils were old. Although property within walking distance of amenities it was situated at an end of a row of garages. The property needs updating and needs to be more comfortable. It is not as it looks in photos. Very disappointing

Great base for La Tranche and the beach
Tucked away in a quiet residential area, an easy walk to the beach and town centre. Perfect for 2 yr old grandson with the small lawned enclosed garden. All facilities provided for and especially convenient for the massive Super U a 2 minute walk away.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this wonderful house. It was an ideal location for all amenities.
The house was clean and had everything to make my stay trouble free. It is close to main road and alongside supermarket, pharmacy while a short walk to town centre. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back sometime. La Tranche sur Mer is a lovely place with a fabulous beach and restaurants. One sad event happened while I was there. The local supermarket was burnt down. I hope in time it will be rebuilt and people get their jobs back.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem netten, sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichteten HĂ€uschen verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die KĂŒche war mit allem was man zum Kochen benötigt ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr. Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen.Die Nahversorgung hĂ€tte nicht besser sein können. In 300m Entfernung befindet sich ein groĂer Supermarkt, ein GeschĂ€ft mit frisches Obst, GemĂŒse, Fleisch, KĂ€se, Wurst und Backwaren. Gleich daneben findet man ein FischgeschĂ€ft das keine WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst. Alles hat tĂ€glich geöffnet. In nur 5 min zu FuĂ ist man am Strand der ideal fĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist, da hier die Wellen nicht sehr stark sind. In nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto kommt man an den Plage de la TerriĂšre der wunderschön ist mit durchaus gröĂeren Wellen.Zusammengefasst können wir diese Unterkunft in dieser Lage uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.
Das Objekt hat durch den Garten und die Garage eine optimale GröĂe fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und man kann direkt am Haus parken. Die Bushaltestelle des kostenlosen Buses ist ebenfalls direkt vor der HaustĂŒr und der Einkaufsladen fuĂlĂ€ufig in fĂŒnf Minuten zu erreichen.
