Modern, comfortable house built in 2015 with enclosed garden in a quiet neighborhood. The property features an entrance hall, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, electric hobs, oven, microwave), two bedrooms with double beds and closets, one bedroom with two single beds and closet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, separate WC, and a utility room with washing machine. There is also a garage for two cars.



The partly covered terrace includes outdoor furniture and artificial grass. Private parking for two cars. The beach is 300 m away, shops 300 m, town center 800 m, swimming pool and fitness center 150 m, free shuttle stop (July/August) 300 m, skate park 300 m, port and sailing school 600 m.



Pets are not allowed. Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.

Please do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). Failure to comply may result in additional charges.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
