La villa des Pins d'Or – Spacious Family Villa with Pool and Spa in a Tranquil Setting

Perfect for a family getaway, this beautiful villa with pool and spa offers a peaceful, secure environment surrounded by nature. The single-story villa features an entrance hall, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen with central island, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and several terraces to relax outdoors or by the pool.



The property has been carefully prepared—please respect the space. For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed during your stay for an extra charge. Final cleaning is included, but please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the cooktop, barbecue, and plancha

- Take out all trash and waste



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed by a concierge at the property for the walkthrough and introduction.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and set out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This La Tranche-sur-Mer villa is smoke free.
