La Villa des Pins d'Or – Family Villa with Pool and Spa in a Peaceful Natural Setting

Ideal for a family holiday, this beautiful villa with pool and spa offers a peaceful, secure environment surrounded by nature. Spacious and filled with light, it provides plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together while maintaining comfort. Photos were taken on site; furnishings have been added virtually.



The single-story villa features an entrance hall, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen with central island, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and several terraces to relax outdoors or by the heated pool.



The property is carefully prepared—please respect the space. For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided. They can be changed during your stay, available for an extra fee. Final cleaning is included, but please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the cooktop, barbecue, and plancha

- Remove all rubbish and waste



Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. You will be welcomed by a concierge on site for the inventory and to introduce you to the house.



Please indicate your approximate arrival time on the morning of your stay to arrange an appointment.



Do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). Failure to comply may result in extra charges.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This La Tranche-sur-Mer villa is smoke free.
