In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. It features direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking. Laundry facilities (washing machine/dryer) are available for a fee.
This new 49 m² apartment, on the 1st floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The 28 m² living area features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed (140 cm) and a flat-screen TV. You'll also enjoy a 15m² loggia terrace with garden furniture and a lovely ocean view, overlooking the residence's garden.
Also available free of charge is a private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
