Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Sandra. Tout ce qu il faut pour profiter car cuisine super équipée, marché au pied de la maison et Ronce les bains est un village très joli au mois d'avril.

Amazing house and location

Sandra est très sympathique et nous a réservé le meilleur accueil.Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette belle maison bien équipée aux chambres bien réparties.Confort, calme et très belle situation.Sandra a réussi à nous faire apprécier Ronce-les-Bains de la meilleure façon... pour nous faire revenir !

Unfassbar dreckig, ansonsten gute Ausstattung

Der Start war sehr ärgerlich. Wir haben noch nie eine so dreckige Unterkunft vorgefunden. Uns kam es so vor als wenn etliche Gäste vor uns da waren, aber nicht wirklich gereinigt wurde. Ich habe direkt die Vermieterin kontaktiert, aber da kamen nur patzige Antworten: "Es gibt vielleicht ein paar alte Sachen, aber es ist kein Hotel ohne solche Sachen. Es ist vielleicht nicht perfekt, aber dieses Haus ist einladend. Normalerweise vermiete ich es im September nicht und ich hatte keine Zeit, es besser zu machen, nachdem andere Leute hereingekommen sind. Natürlich kann man Staub finden, wenn man danach sucht, wie gesagt, es ist ein Ferienhaus." Und wir haben nicht danach gesucht, es war offensichtlich. Noch Krümel auf dem Tisch, Haare im Badezimmer und auf der Toilette, Staub überall .... Aber jetzt zum Positiven: Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht: Küchenutensilien, Geschirr ohne Ende, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Handtücher .... Leider waren die Fahrräder nicht wirklich fahrbereit. Die müssten dringend mal gewartet werden.

Accueil charmant et en confiance

Maison décorée avec beaucoup de soin, bien aménagée (literie impeccable, cuisine parfaitement équipée). Jardin pas trop grand mais pourvu de tables et de sièges en suffisance. Vélos et autre matériel à disposition. Environnement assez bruyant le matin, à cause du marché, mais fenêtres à double vitrage.

Maison tout confort proximité centre et marché avec bcp d’avantages et peu de défauts. Accueil et suivi sur mesure avec petites attentions. Déco raffinée et de nombreux accessoires à disposition. N’y allez pas, ça nous permettra d’y retourner plus facilement!

Séjour agreable en famille

Nous avons passé un sejour tres agreable. Ronce les bains est une charmante station balnéaire. La maison est tres bien situé, juste a côté du marché et à 5min à pied des commerces et plages. Maison tres bien équipée, il y a meme des velos pour toutes tailles et des planches pour s'amuser dans l'eau. Sandra est une hôte au petit soin. Je recommande cette location

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Sandra

La maison est entièrement équipée et très confortable. Les enfants ont apprécié pouvoir emprunter les livres, les planches de body surf et les vélos de très bonne qualité. C est un vrai plus ! Très bien située, nous avons pu découvrir et apprécier cette région. Enfin les conseils de Sandra et ses bonnes adresses ont été un sans faute. La proximité du marché ne nous a pas dérangés mais nous dormions les fenêtres fermées.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la belle maison près du marché de Ronce-les-Bains. La maison est superbe et il ne manque rien. Le jardin avec la terrasse est parfait pour passé un bon séjour. L'approximité du marché et top! Et on ne sent rien du tout! Je ne comprends pas du tout cette critique! Nous allons sûrement revenir dans cette belle maison! Merci beaucoup à Sandra pour l'acceuil très gentil et la possibilité de loué sa maison. Au plus tard à l'année prochaine!!!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Sandra qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette confortable maison et avons profité de la belle terrasse pour prendre nos repas au soleil quand il était présent. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions à l'aise, et la literie hyper confortable. La partie de la cour disposant de verdure était suffisante pour notre chien. Tout le ravitaillement des produits frais peut se faire au marché couvert (une ruelle à traverser et vous y êtes). La plage est située à 5 mns à pieds, les promenades en forêt également. Merci à Sandra de nous avoir indiqué quelques sorties à faire et lieux à visiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Havre de bien être

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région que nous affectionnons tant grâce à Sandra et sa merveilleuse maison qu'elle a la gentillesse de prêter à ses hôtes le temps de leur séjour. Tout le nécessaire est là et bien plus que ce à quoi on est habitué lors des locations. Nombreux vélos à disposition pour se ballader sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables de la région. Les halles à côté sont un réel plus !! Bref que du positif et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !!

Logement très bien équipé et idéalement situé à côté du marché et du centre ville, sans toutefois en avoir les nuisances ! Il est facile de se garer à proximité. Nombreuses activités dans les environs (paddle, kayak, Rosalie, vélos, plages, fête foraine, sorties culturelles, animations en soirée). Seule la couverture Wifi pourrait être meilleure.

Séjour au mois d'août

Séjour à 2 familles avec enfants de 5 à 15 ans. Nous avons apprécié la maison, avons bien profité des produits frais du marché (à deux pas) cuits sur la grande plancha ou au BBQ à gaz. Nous avons découvert différentes plages à vélo (mis à disposition par la propriétaire), hors mis notre fille de 5 ans, chacun avait le sien. Nous avons profité des 4 body board (à dispo également) pour le plus grand bonheur des ados et leurs papas. La maison toute proche du centre-ville et de la fête foraine nous a permis de sortir sans utiliser nos voitures, pour autant, nous n'avions pas de nuisance sonore. Merci à la propriétaire, Sandra, pour votre disponibilité avant, pendant et après le séjour (ma fille avait oublié des affaires 😉). Je recommande cette location.
