Welcome to Ronce-Les-Bains 300 meters from the beach in this former carpenter workshop rehabilitated holiday home.

It is a chic, family and warm atmosphere that awaits you!

Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you will find all amenities within 300 meters walk.
The outside, where predominate a large terrace, a corner plancha and heated pool evokes a style "Charentais" conducive to aperitifs with friends!

A Perfect Location

For 8 adults, us with 4 adult children & 2 with partners, the accommodation was perfect - well thought out features and an ideal location. Everything we wanted was a short walk or drive away...although we spent more time at the house than expected because it was so nice.

Accueil parfait. Cécile est toujours au petit soin et arrangeante. La piscine, le billard, babyfoot... Personne ne s'ennuie et chacun profite à son rythme. En fait tout est à proximité, le marché, la plage, les commerces. Tout se fait à pieds.

Reçus par Cécile avec le sourire et d'une gentillesse. La villa est telle qu'elle est présentée. Nous étions en famille de 12 à 92 ans. Tout le monde a trouvé à s'occuper. Une piscine chauffée à 29°, le top. La mer, le marché et les restaurants à pieds de la villa. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Je pense même déjà y revenir.

Maison super bien équipée très spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les enfants ont adoré le baby-foot et le billard! De magnifiques balades à faire sans prendre la voiture.....séjour au top mais beaucoup trop court ! Merci à Cécile et Cédric qui sont très disponible et toujours de bons conseils. A refaire !

Très belle maison, TOP !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet maison Atelier. Tout y est ! Billard, Baby, Ping-pong, Terrain de pétanque et la Piscine chauffée. Nous avons tous été conquis. Prestations de grande qualité, proche des commerces et emplacement idéal pour les ballades en bord de mer. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et convivial. Nous recommandons avec grand plaisir cette location.
