New villa of 100 square meters, alliance of a traditional Martinican wooden construction and a very contemporary decor. Located facing the Atlantic on the heights of the hinterland at La Trinité, the villa enjoys good and very pleasant maritime ventilation

The house includes:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with closet / dressing room, including a master bedroom with shower room (Italian shower, sink, WC).
- An independent bathroom with Italian shower and sink

NB: The kitchen, the living room and a bedroom open onto a large covered terrace facing the sea.

The kitchen and its pantry provide all the modern comfort and all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, mixed induction and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge & freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle ... etc.).

Sleeping: two bedrooms, the master bedroom each with 2 adjoining 90/190 beds, the third (which overlooks the terrace) has a 160/190 bed. Although all the shutters are fitted with mosquito nets, bed mosquito nets are available. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.

The living room, the kitchen and the terrace communicate through large openings creating a comfortable, very bright space of more than 50 square meters.

Multimedia: so that you can be reached and benefit without restriction from your multimedia subscriptions during your stay, the villa is equipped with traditional equipment and provides you with an internet connection distributed by Wifi.

Security: The villa is secure and protected by remote monitoring and has fire detection.

Other equipment: The villa is equipped with a motorized gate, and two arm blinds protect the terrace from the sun and bad weather.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
